1 box Orzo pasta, cooked, drained, and cooled completely
2 cans chunk pineapple
1 lg or 2 sm cans mandarin oranges
Drain fruit and reserve juice in a saucepan. Add 2-3 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 to 3/4 c flour. Boil over medium heat, stirring frequently, and cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, mix drained fruit, cooled pasta, 1 bag each of red and green grapes, and 8 oz. Cool Whip.
*Can add more fruit to stretch salad further; blueberries and cherries are good but make the salad an odd color and change the consistency of the sauce to grainy.
*Do not double this recipe unless you are feeding a large family reunion! One recipe makes a lot of “Rosy”.
