1 c milk powder
1 c powdered creamer
1 c French Vanilla creamer (I got Cinnamon Vanilla — a holiday flavor)
2 1/2 c sugar (I used 1 1/2)
1 1/2 c instant unsweetened tea (I dumped in a little extra)
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cardamom
I also added 1 tsp black pepper (and all the spice measurements were generous).
Mix together and put in blender to powder — 2 cups at a time.
I tweaked the original because I found it too sweet and a little insipid — hence the pepper. I think it’s just about perfect now. 🙂
